That includes long-running work for established businesses as well as founder-led teams that need someone who can move from strategy into execution without creating extra layers.

I’m based in the UK and work internationally. My approach is practical: understand the constraint, simplify the system, ship what matters, and use modern tooling where it meaningfully reduces time and cost.

I use AI and automation where they reduce repetitive work, speed up delivery, and improve throughput. That includes development workflows, content systems, integrations, internal tooling, and process automation.

The difference is that I still approach the work like an engineer and an operator. I’m not selling prompt theatre. I’m looking at the system, the bottlenecks, the commercial objective, and the practical path to something better.
